Reception
Opening hours
During the high season it will be open daily from 8 A.M to 12:30 P.M and from 1:30 P.M to 7 P.M.
Services
We have two sanitary buildings, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. At the reception, we have information about touristic locations to visit during your stay in our region.
At the reception, we have a freeze where you can put your ice packs if you need it.
We also have books atthe reception that you can borrow during your stay. There are tennis courts in town that you can book at the reception. We have go-karts on the campsite that can be used by the campers along with a mini-golf court.
We sell ice-creams and fresh drinks and during the months of July and August, we have a bread service. Shops like supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher and coffee shops are to be found at around 500 meters from the campsite in the city center.
Registration and payment
Please report at the reception when you arrive. You can pay for your stay when you arrive, during your stay or at your departure if the reception is open at that moment. We accept cash and cheques. Credit cards are also accepted but only for amounts over 100€.
If you need to withdraw cash, there is a bank with an ATM that is located 500 meters from the campsite, in the city center of Lormes.
Arrival and departure hours
Camping pitches are available at 2 P.M and accommodations at 4 P.M. If youo know approximately when you will arrive, please share it with us so that we can make sure that your place is ready to welcome you.
Regarding departure hours, for pitches and accommodations, it is 11 A.M.
General
Playground
The campsite has a mini golf course, a table tennis table and playground equipment on the beach near the campsite. Golf clubs, golf balls, bats and table tennis balls are available at reception.
Washing machine
We have a washing machine that you can obviously use. It is situated in the second sanitary building. In order tu use it, please come to the reception. The fees to use it is 5€ and we will give you a capsule of liquid detergent. It is forbidden to bring your own washing machine or dryer to the campsite.
Pets
Pets are accepted on condition that they are vaccinated and on a leash on the campsite itself. If there is an emergency and that you need immediate medical attention for your pet, there is a veterinary clinic in Lormes.
You can either look up their opening hours and contact information on the internet or come to the reception and we will give you the needed information.
Waste
Waste containers are located near the reception and a large glass container just before the entrance to the campsite. Waste is collected separately. Upon arrival, you will receive two coloured waste bags at the reception. The pink bag is for all residual waste, the bio waste (biodegradable, i.e. food scraps, eggshells, coffee filters, tea bags, etc.) should be placed on our compost heap, and the yellow bag is for all large and clean packaging materials (PET bottles, milk and juice cartons, cans). The containers are marked to indicate which waste bag should be placed where. Bags of a different colour will be refused.
Green and biodegradable waste is collected separately so that compost can be made for the herb garden, flower beds and fruit trees and bushes.
Chemical toilet and drain dirty water
In the first sanitary building, you will find a toilet dedicated to caravans and camping-cars emptying between the washing sinks. Please empty your tanks there. In front of that building is a concrete platform where you can drain dirty water and refill your tanks.
Sanitary
The sanitary buildings are cleaned once a day during low season and twice a day during high season. Nevertheless, cleanliness checks are done during the day to make sure that our buildings are comfortable and pleasant to our clients. If you notice any issue (leak, dirt, clogged sink, etc.) please report it directly to the reception. We remind you that children under the age of 6 must be accompanied to the sanitary buildings for their own safety.
Safety
The reception, sanitary buildings, accommodations and certain camping pitches are equipped with fire extinguishers that are checked yearly, for everyone's safety. In case if a fire or outbreak of fire, please contact the emergency services firstly on 18 or 112, then contact the campsite managers who will immediately come to the campsite.
Wifi
Wifi is accessible around the reception but not on the whole campsite. For ecological and social reasons, we have decided not to install adapters on the campsite. There is no password so you can access it freely.
Barbecue
Barbecue is forbidden in the campsite.
Fishing
Carp, pike and other fish are to be caught in the pond of the Goulot. You will need a fishing license to be able to fish in the pond. You can get more information at the reception.
